Please complete the following registration form to register for the 2013 Ontario BioAuto Council Annual Conference being held on Wednesday & Thursday, June 12-13, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, 1150 Wellington Road South, London, Ontario.

The cost for this two day event is $750.00.  This amount can be paid using PayPal at the time of registration (see link below).  A confirmation email will be sent a week before the conference with the full agenda and directions.

We will be offering a tour of the Fraunhofer Composite Project Centre at Western University for the first 30 people who email Glenna Haller at ghaller@bioautocouncil.com.  Sorry, we cannot accept last minute reservations for the tour as there are so few spaces available.  Please reserve your spot as soon as possible.
